Enquiry and quotation forms: name, company, email address, phone number, site location, project details and any drawings or files you upload. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.

Technical data: like most websites we may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) and caching services that record anonymised usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location and referring site — to improve the website. Analytics cookies are only set where the tools are enabled.

Direct contact: if you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your project.

Sharing

Enquiry data is received at operations@unigulfems.com and secretary@unigulfems.com and handled by our operations team. Uploaded drawings are stored on our web host (Hostinger) until processed. We share information with third parties only where necessary to deliver a project (for example a group partner carrying out firestop or epoxy works you have asked for) or where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for the life of the related project and the statutory record-keeping period; unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing secretary@unigulfems.com.
